Gigabyte M1022 Booktop - A Transformer in Disguise

With so many netbooks around, what can one do to differentiate itself and stand out from the competition? Gigabyte seems to have a plan, and today we'll be taking a closer look at their 1022M Booktop, a netbook that can actually 'transform' into a desktop. Intrigued? Check out our review then:-

Post gigabyte M1022

I think the "transformers" is quite a suitable title. A netbook can change to a desktop through docking. Actually the docking also help another ways…it has three USB ports, combine with the ports of netbook its own, there are six ports in total! So in my dorm, I always use two for mouse and printer, and leave others for my mp3 player and camera charging(and still ports left),quite a good design! It’s a pity that Gigabyte only have white color, I don't really like white.

Well, the Booktop is a little cheezy as the dock almost completely resembles a Wii dock, you'd think Gigabyte would have been more innovative than that. Quite convenient though, it micght as well, be a charger

That's great use eh? Good for you!
Color-wise, I think locally only one color. I recall seeing a few more, but it's probably in theirm home-land only.

Vijay that Gigabyte Booktop that you guys reviewed, when you dock it, does it adopt its own external resolution, or did you have to set it every time?
