Hi all,

Free on a lazy friday evening?
How about chilling out at dempsey and do some charity at the same time?

A group of us have organised a charity dinner/fundraiser at Infusions, an up and coming establishment at dempsey road.

Unlike ur conventional charity dinner, there is absolutely no need to donate any amount whatsoever.
Just pay for dinner and/or drinks , listen to live bands playing, and know that all proceed would be credited directly to a senior activities centre
Do a good deed and enjoy it at the same time

anyway this dinner just meant that the amount to be donated is already included in the pricing of th meal it is,
which means last time we got a choice whether we want to donate, but now it becomes compulsory
as long as you want to have a meal there.

now charity also can become marketing tactic already. haha...

why dun i skip the expensive dinner then donate something smaller. I am sure it will be a lot larger then what you would give after "deductions"

Hi,

Thanks for the response.
Basically, we would donate whatever amount we get from the dinner minus away the expense.
That amount will go straight to the old folks living in poor 1 room flats at Bukiet Merah Estate.
The purpose of this dinner is to raise awareness of these group of people.

Basically, just have a meal/or some drinks there and there is no obligation to donate at all.
By eat and drinking, u are already contributing!
