This constitutes touting. The sitex organisers should rein in this practice. The whole place is crawling with aggressive marketers who won't readily let you off even if you say a firm NO.

I have no issue. Just ignore their existence is the only solution. So far, it works.

I hate insurance agents. These people pretend to be your best friend to coax you into signing up plans with them. Only true hypocrites can become agents

Then they are not selling credit card or insurance. They are selling looks and body

Can't agree with this thread more. Was walking around window shopping and kept being bothered by insurance agents and bank companies.

What i HATE most is the 'pretty' insurance ladies, that go around begging you to fill up their "1 minute" surveys (Yes, I'M GLARING AT YOU PRUDENTIAL CUZ I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THIS ST***D SCHEME) :/

They are terribly persistent, and cb their 1 minute survey can stretch into a 10 to 15 minute coaxing session to sign up for some stupid prudential money saving plan that I wouldn't sign up for, even if faced with the end of the world. Was faced with this once and luckily i had the foresight to give a fake contact number so they'd never bother me again -.-

These insurance agents and bank companies should NOT be allowed to sign up for IT fairs. These people really, TOTALLY SPOILT my buying spree feels today.

If organizers need to fill up space, they should consider lowering their rental space to attract more retailers to come in. Not jio these type of silly companies that have nothing to do what-so-ever with IT or technology and imo they're just being there to irritate potential customers.

--Just my 2 cents--

For me,

Insurance I tell them I, foreigner, still studying.. cant support.

Bank Cards I tell them I not interested on their cashback card, cuz they cant give me 20% rebates. I'm into miles. If they intro miles, I just shoot them their earning is too low for my liking. then they keep quiet.
