Google Play Services is more likely taking more internal storage than RAM. A lot of old phones cannot run properly due to the lack of space thanks to them.
Previous flagships with 16GB, about 10GB of space for apps and files are really insufficient for today's standard.

64GB for dual sim XZ seems decent now, though 32GB for the single sim set is the minimum standard for today's flagship.

You can try demo sets and consider, since Sony press release mentioned ZX to be available in October.

Xperia X comes with 64GB for local set (dual-sim OR single-sim/microSD). Xperia XZ will be like this too?

Listen to music on your phone? If yes, V20 hands down. This XZ not in the same league.

In fact, i don't really think they are even in the same league. the V20 is in almost many ways better than the XZ.

If it is like X, then we may see the dual-sim set with 64GB.

There's a reason why even the Galaxy S7/Note7 range only have 4GB RAM despite running the super heavy Touchwiz UX. It is enough. Xperia skin is much lighter, that's why 3GB should be OK for the next 2 years.
Ok, thanks.

Cos I'm not one of those who change hp very often

It is good enough, it is just that LG V20 have audio capabilities that many can't rival. However if all your files is mp3 (and lower tier FLACs) and not high quality FLACs it won't make any difference.

Sony do have their HiRes audio standard but the earphones/headphones isn't cheap as expected.

Well, depends on individual...what is your current music setup? (eg. earphone, player?) Using any high-end/expensive earphone? If not, the XZ with its high-res audio + automatic headphone optimization will be good enough...

The V20 is a total monster but the XZ's design and new camera techs make it quite hard for me to choose.

Yes, it has very good spec. I think it is best to play with the demo unit before deciding...the new iPhone 7 Plus also look good as well...

Rumor name changed to official name, should be fair enough.
