I think Plife is still a good reit, facing short term correction. That's all..

2.22 to 2.3 plus is normal trading range for plife.
used to buy at 2.22 thinking that it was 52 weeks low...turns out the market went south.
if falls below 2.2 then is a correction.

Plife is a stable Reit and Effective Interest Rate locked in is low.

The current yield is not the most attractive at the moment but its pretty stable. I would add on definitely on market weakness, hopefully soon.

I've no idea why you keep posting this diagram.

As usual, this diagram has no clear relation to your text. If it's a long correction, means what? Your diagram shows it bouncing back up.
Are we saying a long or short correction is more to be worried with? Because either way, the stock in your diagram bounced back.

And that diagram is meant to explain the emotional aspect of investors. Not anything remotely close to a correction.

In any case, if short become long correction, don't you have the answer? Your ingenious TA+FA thing? Does it matter to you?

Agree. Vested too. :s12:

Furthermore, the aging population in Japan is really no joke..... nursing homes greatly in demand. Luckily, the Japanese really respect their elderly. :D

Secondly, power of Mount Elizabeth and Gleneagles Hospital. Their medical fees also no joke! :s22:

I haven't entered this healthcare reit yet.

Is it really bao jiak? Aging population therefore private hospitals are big biz? No healthcare bubble meh... worried if the govt introduced new policies in the future that change the healthcare landscape (e.g. moderating the rates of surgery cannot anyhow charge. If private practice cannot charge high then the clinic can't afford the high rental fees)

Aging population not bao jiak. Aging population must be rich too.

Top surgeons and specialists can charge top dollars.

consider adding Raffles Medical if you already have Plife Reit. these are 2 healthcare stocks that one can safely buy to hedge against rising medical costs.

Hi,

I agree with you that this counter is good. In fact I believe you loaded less than $2 back then, that's cheap.

I also like to stay vested and get dividends, and reinvest it back again like you. But when buying such stocks, good to have a margin of safety (probably get something p/b<1) and higher yield (>7%)

Shopping centre stocks like Suntec Reit, Fraser CP probably looks cheaper and more attractive to me.
Medical REIT stocks is slightly richer because it seems to be more stable and like u said about medical fees.

But I see Shopping centres, Commercial hubs REIT are equally as stable to me too...just my 2 cents

Rising medical costs doesn't mean they earn more. They probably face rising wages , rising medical supplies as well.

I feel that RMG PE is abit rich currently. I will continue to monitor and probably load when it drops more

2.34 intra day low is not exactly low price...this counter can slip to 2.2 range.
but at 52 weeks low, this price is attractive though.

low yield due to current market price.
