First time issue with SCB online trading.

I bought a UK stock and wanted to sell at the same trading day. Due to volatility of the price, I modify (first time to use) my SELL order for few times and surprisingly it is stuck. No Cancel and No modify button option.

Informed the hotline since last night and up to now the case is still the same. The helpful technical team can not do anything and still pending for a solution.

The painful thing is the share price is dropping and my loss is getting bigger. As promised they will fix it, and will "try to offer the difference" (it is not really clear to me).

I suggest to the traders to "Avoid using MODIFY ORDER" until the platform is stable. Goodluck.

Now scb have $10.70 fix fee per order? It wasn't like this before.
Changed this year
No amalgamation of buy or sell orders
Meaning you key in order twice n filled twice
U r charged twice
So don’t buy illiquid counters

You key in order once
There are many fills to your order
You are charged once

I like to send a screenshot but still requires to install another app (imgur) just to be able to post it here.

Just avoid usage of modify option. Better cancel and post an order again.

SCB is unstable.

Just this year. I placed a 500,000 shares buy order.
And the 499,999 was charged £10.70
And the remaining 1 share was charged again with £10.70

£21.40
:(

If the orders done in 100 times, you will be charged 100x fees?

This is definitely not true.

And WTF is that share you are purchasing? What is the price of the share?

Because 500k shares at a price of $1 share each is going to value at $500k.

You shouldn't be using a poor man account like SCB to buy a $500k worth of shares.

It is true. Look at the currency as your reference.

1 buy order with GTD 5 days. It was filled in different days.

Possible right? Up to you. ;)

Oh my goodness
You r right abt cancelling yr order
With your trade size, you shld be using interactive brokers

Nowadays with no order amalgation, you shldn’t leave yr order lying ard for multiple days
Jus buy what you need and close shop
