If you wanna trade etf (except sti etf) or play warrants, then you need to pass the sgx test, if you are only playing stocks, then no need

For local brokerage except Scb, there is custody fee applies for foreign shares only and no annual fee also de..

yes, can use your posb to link to your account via eps and this promo is only applicable for cash trades settlement t+5 de.

cash upfront is 0.18% and min $18, will require cimb starsaver account though.
