Buying for long term, averaging 1.48. Hopefully Capitagreen can offset the negative rental revision trend and improve the DPU. Current yield of 5.4% will probably put pressure on the price. Not buying or selling at current price, but may add more on weakness.

Book value of 1.76 will probably be close to the valuation, yield would have dropped to 4.9% if earnings stay flat. Investors would likely seek better yield elsewhere. I don't think it will hit that level but you will never know.
