That wouldn't happen for sure. The bulk of the forecasted dividend yield is accredited to the bullish forecast of the CAGR on NBAP. And the main reason is bcos of the push for smart nation n Hector-network project govt is undertaking. If u look carefully at e figures, they forecast they will only increase the market share from 34% to 37 or 38%... that isn't really over optimistic... I would say it's reasonable.

You r wrong in saying they intend to get ipo money to give out as dividend. Don't compare this with star hub lah... really wtf comparison.

i wouldn't buy it would drop to 40 cents on 5% yield on dpu of 2 cents

Waited for so long, definitely will be applying. Biggest risk should be the price determined by IMDA and 3rd party large scale infra damage.

The progress of smart nation project and how much market share they can capture is also crucial... if they can't deliver the forecasted dividend, confirm share price will crash.

in the email from iocb writes that "Fees and charges: 1% brokerage plus standard market charges by all investors in the Placement Tranche."

If at a min. 20k shares at $0.80, the comm. @ 1% is $160. What do they mean by the standard market charges and how much are these?

Not $200k? 1% comm + 7%GST will be $202,140 total!

If buy from public offering via ATM/IB will be $200,002?

Thats y ppl r saying penny wise, pound foolish. If u r buying 200k of placement and assuming u get it, if the shares rise just 1c, u can already cover back ur 1%. If it rise 10c further, u will be gaining $20k in profits.

No doubt ATM subscription only cost $2, it's impossible to get that much allocation... and most likely, you will belong to the majority who get nothing but full refund less the $2.

My 2 cents…

Due to huge listing, NLT IPO most properly will fix her price to lower end of 80-93 cents to attract investors.

So 5%+ dividend maintain.

Wonder who n how they fix the price one? Based on what? For company benefit, higher price is better especially if sentiment is good, no matter what price it will still be fully subscribed right? Haha
