liddat means sino grandness can huat boh?

You really dare to play red flag shares bro. Since you so dare devil, subscribe for the rights and pray they recover from there.

I think TTA will be there to buy over SG with the bond to subscribe for SG shares if bolang subscribe for the rights.

But no guarantee to those shareholders that buy at high price they can recover back as they can delist SG. TTA will just let the share price be suppressed for 6 months, and use 6 months vwap give 10-20% premium if they are nice enough.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Nordic Group Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has, on 8 December 2016, entered into an agreement with a multinational company to purchase and sell-back pilot allowances issued under the Guangdong and Shanghai Compliance Schemes (“Carbon Allowances”) and/or upcoming National Emissions Trading Scheme. On 4 January 2017, the Company has purchased Carbon Allowances amounting to USD 3 million. The sale of the Carbon Allowances is when the closing prices for Guangdong and Shanghai Exchanges exceed the pre-determined prices set by the Company. The settlement date of the agreement is 30 June 2018.

Nordic has plants in China? usually factories in China need to purchase carbon emissions allowances due to the pollution problem there. if they emit less than the allowance, then they can decide to sell the excess to other companies or factories who exceed their allowances
