Yeah...At least for the past 1 year ~~~
It will continue for at least 1 more year

It was mentioned before that there is an excess of oil rigs globally.

There are currently ~ 300 oil rigs in the world, quite a few more from earlier orders will come on stream as construction completes
near term, ~ 20% is expected to be scrapped in the next 1-3 years

There is no demand for new construction orders in the foreseeable future

now we can use shale. no need rigs to go to the middle of the sea to dig.
