Last time their owners pledged their shares for margin then kena bankrupt but was discharged liao. Then this big box was delayed

I was at Big Box, Jem and westgate over the weekend..

Big box was not crowded, carpark only 1/5 filled. Jem was better, westgate was considered quiet.
