Of cos. Would you apply for 10 lots if you dun get the refund for your unsuccessful application monies back?

Imagine you apply 100 lots, get 20 lots and dun get the remaining 80 lots of application monies back!

Sorry I mean how long will the money return to us. Eg. After the IPO one week or a few days later the money then return back to us.

What is the definition of cornerstone?
Cornerstone investors generally commit to holding a significant stake for a set period, demonstrating their confidence in the shares.

Opps. Sorry. Din read your qn properly. You will get your money back on the day when the result is released. Usually 2 working days after the IPO closed. Wait for the IPO timetable for the exact date.

Don't be tricked by the higher yield offered by OUE.

Actually OUE H Trust is structured as a hospitality trust whereas SPH REIT is a retail REIT. We should compare OUE with its peers CDLHT, AH Trust and Far East; SPH with CMT or FCT.

Yah. CMT current yield ~5.1%, FCT ~5.9%.

But then again, got to compare other metrics like P/NAV, gearing and management team.
