should be about same price as transformer prime considering the release price in US is 499

There is a 3G version using Qualcomm's latest S4 Krait chipset.
ASUS Transformer Pad Infinity | Specification

This chipset supports up to LTE standard (as per Qualcomm website info).
Not the most powerful of the S4 chipset though.
Supposed to be more energy efficient than the Tegra 3,

The question is if the 3G version will make its way here...

There is also a comparison of the 2 chips here, comparing the HTC One X (Tegra 3) and HTC One S (Qualcomm).
