Nexus 2013 PC Connectivity Issue

Hi all,

I have a Nexus 7 2013 tablet that when I plug it in to my Win 8 PC it will show up intermittently in the Finder or This PC window and the PC will chime. I have set the tablet to allow for data transfer and both devices are updated to the latest firmware, etc.

I have also tried different USB cables in case it is hardware issue.

Any other ideas? Thanks.

Might be the USB connector on the tablet. You can bring it to those shops that repair tablets in SLS and get them to check it. Shouldn't cost much to get it replaced.
