its a conspiracy...

1) stop ppl from eavesdropping on relocation to the popular spot
2) increase the traffic for travel section so that that section can continue stay open, giving them "job" to do

I am abit lazy; i will find time to start a BRAND new thread call, overseas singaporeans LIP LAI.

I support. There are over 200,000 Singaporeans living overseas. Make good sense to consolidate into one thread

can stand the cold there first? autumn and winter weather damn depressing one

You depressed? My kids loved the autumn and winter!
The color of the trees in fall and snow means winter sports.
Stand? Dress well and u be alright. Learn to stay indoors and turn up the heat.
In Singapore ppl ask if u can stand the heat and humidity, ask yourself how many hours you spend outside standing in the heat in suit and tie?

I think you can opt not to vote right, especially for overseas Singaporeans. I am not sure about the full details, cannot be bothered :s13:
something to note:

we can vote overseas, but doesnt mean the votes will be taken into account. it will only be taken account as their own final say. but i rather overseas vote not counted, cos alot of PRO pap vote. non pro too poor to fly to th epolling boxes to vote

If I have to fly 1 hr or drive over 1 hr too far

In Singapore or Europe. Drive one hour you can be in another country.
In Australia. Drive one hour and you are still one hour away from a city.
In Canada. Drive one hour and you have not left your driveway. :s13:

Jiayou for your license! It is indeed a joy to do your own self-drive. Major stress reliever. I always drive to the sea whenever I need some water fengshui.
