Fitbit ionic spoilt

yesterday i put my fitbit in my bag as i wanted to buy the stainless steel bracelet to change it as the current strap is a bit difficult to wear and take off,

it was working when i put it in my bag when i went out

but when i came home,

it could not be turned on,

i tried to charge it but no response

then i check the website on how to reset it by pressing the left button and bottom button for 10 secs still no respond,

anyone know where is fitbit service centre ?

i bought this last year in Oct 2017 and only like few months only,

anyone faced a faulty fitbit before ? how did you resolve the matter ?

buy a new one or buy a different brand one ?

Email fitbit support. They are very efficient. Will send you a replacement within 5 days or less.
