How to disable Windows 8.1 email login

Was using Windows 8 on local pc login (without email setting). When updating to 8.1, it asked for email and thereafter, Windows 8.1 always login via email which is VERY slow and #%!*.

How do I remove that setting and revert back to local pc login?

For Win 8 & 8.1, always use Local for fast access to UI.

no more multiple e-mail checking. In win 8 i could access all my e-mail accoounts easily but i found out that i couldn't do that on 8.1 without signing into an e-mail account.
