Billing of apps to your operator phone bills

Anyone able to tie up app purchase with operator bills? i suddenly got this option when i click on the access points and it prompt me to restart phone. I tried and it works...

Note : the bill statement and screenshot does not tally because i forget to take screenshot earlier.

Who else have this option? i believe it is not specifically for Lumia 1520 only.

i dun think this is device specific because it ties to your operator.
I accidentally unlock this and now trying to find/google how to add this option.

But i cannot find.. anyone manage to add this?

Nope, no luck for me. Am on SingTel and 1520 as well though.

I seem to remember Singtel say they activated this last year. No news from other 2 telcos. Not sure how to activate also, just like how to use NFC to do Paywave & Paypass.

For Paywave/Paypass, have to get bank & Telco approval + activation of account + Secure SIM. Damn ma-fan. (Only for Android at the moment.)
