more devices including flagship will be out this year with win 10.

at least that's what the suit guy says in the microsoft MWC 2015 livecast

oh and the 5mp front facing feels(to me since both are f/2.4) like the rear facing one in the L1320.

I heard Elop mentioned MS will have W10 flagships coming for sure this year. So I guess is another waiting game.

But I do like the new Outlook, and Excel. Very nice.

I like the specs, doesn't matter if it isn't a flagship device. Most importantly is can upgrade.

Not sure if it will come SG? The price also looks quite decent.

This will be a great device! The spec is similar to the 830 but with 8GB of space and 8MP camera.

I'm quite into the 640XL as well. But since I'm already having a 1520, having second thoughts of getting another 5.7" device. Maybe 640 is better and it has a higher ppi yet cheaper I guess? Camera is a downer though. Is a budgeted model after all.

Both have ext SD supports I guess??

Other than gdr2 which will come to us eventually, I don't see any advantages of the 640xl vs the 1520. Will wait for flagship still.....
