hi guys, this is a thread for lumia 800 users !

firstly, i would like to seek help from fellow lumia 800 users.

possible for you guys to go to the dialer and dial ##634#.

then you will get to the diagnostic app, click accept and head over to battery status and maybe quote me your full charge capacity ?

mine somehow only shows 978mAh ! which kinda explains my really bad battery life during my first day of usage !

according to xda, (link below), most ppl are getting 1500++ mAh and they are telling me that mine is a case of bad battery !

just wanna see if anyone is facing the same problem as me !

i intend to try a few more days before calling up nokia for the concierge service and test how good it is ! . haaha .

Last me abt 7-8 hrs, light usage as im still using it as secondary phone. Good or bad battery life? So can we exchange for a new set?

i think for light usage its quite bad ! . ppl with light usage are reporting over 1.5 days !

i think i will look at it over the next few days and then decide bah . since they have concierge service just need to stay at home and wait for them to come fix the phone ! ,haah

Hi guys, how's the reception on this phone?

With regards to data connection? Is it better than Omnia 7? Using M1.

With regards to call quality ? Is it clear voice (able to hear in the MRT train), no robotic voice sometimes?


Battery life with Whatsapp + emails push notification as per arrival.. and using People hub.. able to last 16 hours?

reception so far is quite good . network is fast . as for call quality i'm not exactly that particular so i wouldnt know how to gauge. its good for me ! (previously i was using a optimus 7)

batt life wise, i believe i might have a faulty batt so its not a good gauge . i will try the batt for a few more days and report again . but i strongly believe i might have a bad battery . SAD !
