Will it be possible to buy the phone this weekend directly from the Mi store in Suntec without pre order?

You can try OFFICIALCITI instead, just $20 off though and limited number of redemption per day.
Also for new members, old birds cannot use.

Hi !

This is a stock Android phone, right ? Is it possible to install some of the XiaoMi apps on this phone ? eg the Mi app to control data usage, the Mi Themes.

Thanks.

I'm just evaluating the idea. I don't want all the apps, just some of the apps. If I get MIUI, I cannot delete apps but if I get stock from Xiaomi and I can install, then that would be better.

root and debloat yourself. its easier to take away features from android than to add. if im coreect the mi themes app is highly dependent on systemui.apk which is drastically different in stock (for obvious reasons)

I doubt so. V20 is still a monster and has much more perks over A1.

Saw a review from India on youtube that camera is not good. No stabilization at all so videos very shaky.

It's a $300 phone, don't expect the camera to be good. In fact, I think my Mi5 camera is better, and even that camera is worse off than the Nexus 5X camera.

Yea, the V20 should be better in all aspects except maybe the A1 is stock android, that's it.
