Ah yes, I'm talking about serious sickness, how serious for it to be considered serious?

For you– an injury or sickness that needs treatment
from a medical practitioner and which results in you being certified by that medical practitioner as being unfit to travel or to continue with your trip.
my comprehension not that good, so please forgive me for asking.

the above means as long as got MC from GP means can cancel already? even if small thing like flu or headache. Do i need to get a MC which states i'm not fit for travelling? Because usually MCs write not fit for school/work.
