No money then go 7-11 withdraw from their Seven Bank ATM's. Make sure you arrange with your bank to enable foreign withdrawals.

difficult to find...
you must find a bank, or a post office, or one of the rare travelex or daikokuya (western union) shops. and now there are also 4 special familymart stores with money exchange.
