Check this out.

c) Additional Cash Rebate

Principal Cardmember who qualifies for Family Cash Rebate will be awarded a 2% cash rebate (“Additional Cash Rebate”) for all spend (excluding spend categories on Dining, Supermarkets, Hospital bills, NETS FlashPay ATU, Selected Merchants and Telecommunication bills and purchases that earn Family Cash Rebate) charged to his/her Supplementary Card(s) if a minimum aggregate amount of S$200 is charged to such Supplementary Card(s) for each billing cycle in a calendar quarter (as set out below) (“Calendar Quarter”).

I'm wondering, is this aggregate amount of $200 charge to sup charge ON TOP OF the $500 to be spent by Principal and/or Sup card? I'm struggling with their English here.
Also, is it correct to say the 2% additional reward is only applicable to Principal card spend that falls out of the Family Cash category? (Sup card "other spend" attracts no 2% reward.

(b) Combined spend from Principal and Supplementary Cards is allowed for purposes of the award of the Base Cash Rebate or Family Cash Rebate. Combined spend from Supplementary Cards is allowed for purposes of the award of the Additional Cash Rebate.

(b) Combined spend from Principal and Supplementary Cards is allowed for purposes of the award of the Base Cash Rebate or Family Cash Rebate. Combined spend from Supplementary Cards is allowed for purposes of the award of the Additional Cash Rebate.

So we can combine the sup cards (if you have multiple) for the Additional Cash Rebate to meet the $200 requirement, provided we meet the $500 criteria.

But so, the 2% rebate is only for Principal card spend right?

Thanks! Means it's better for principal card to spend only the 7% or 5% category and if die die need to have "other spend", let sup card swipe it. Right?

Yes. 2% rebate for min $200 on other spend on supplementary card, and this goes towards min spend $500 of main card.

Yes. 2% rebate for min $200 on other spend on supplementary card, and this goes towards min spend $500 of main card.

All spending on main and sup card(s) get summed up at the end of the month. Base rebate of 0.5% will be credited to main card. If total spend, across main and sup cards, is more than $500, family rebate of 7%/5%/1% will be calculated according to the category spent and credited to main card. In addition, if there is min $200 "other spend" across sup cards, additional rebate of 2% will be calculated on these "other spend" and credited to main card.

The new tnc is still not updated on the website

Lol. The website may or may not be updated, but the new tnc would still stand. The tnc on Weixin is official. If you want to get the new card with flashpay better wait till 1 may to save on the $20 fee.
