How about just dying your hair back to black? Sorry, you don't sound like someone who would make it into ICA anyways.

Probably I sound like it but dark brown hair make me look less sleepyheaded. Dying back to black will damage my hair

If u get into ica, u'll need to hv black hair for the rest of your stay in ica. Who cares whether u look sleepyheaded or not

Just received an email for me to sign vital.but its a 2yr contract. Can it be converted to permenant?

The conversion of your contract to permanent will be dependent on several factors. These include your work performance, discipline/code of conduct. All these will be taken into account when the time comes for your assessment of whether to be converted to a permanent scheme, extend your contract or to terminate.

Take note that if your performance is less than satisfactory, you can be terminated even before your 2 years are up. Taking and passing the law exam is also one of the criteria. Does not just apply to permanent staff.

I know, I'm just asking and confirming. Pls be nice. Its not that I don't want to dye it back to black but I just wanna use spray temporary so that my hair won't be damaged because of continuous dye. I know of what I am suppose to prioritise. Thanks anyway.

Anyone here went for docs submission on 6 May? Just wondering if there is any news when the second interview will be notified.

I waited for about a month before receiving any notification. Submitting documents tomorrow. Saw in previous pages that there isn't a need to be too formal?

Afraid they might reject me eventually because of height :( I'm female but barely 1.5m, sigh.

The trick is,patience...if no response within 1 month/4 weeks of the panel interview, give them a call. You be surprised that one week later, they email you that application successful...😊
