The website said must send together with sale invoice to them to qualify for the extra warranty.

And Daikin warranty card only got send portion, no other portion for user to keep.

You send liao, mean you don't left anything for the set series no. for your record.

Just called the Daikin Hotline and was told by the staff that the online warranty registration is not ready yet, I have to send in the warranty card for the registration and they will send out the certificate estimated around 2 month's time.

Guess it is better to scan a copy as for our record purpose just in case that the card was lost during the sending process. =:p

LG air con promo for 5 years warranty for all parts, ending this june end. I wonder if anyone getting their air con considering the warranty and current LG red fair promo.

I've just install LG system3 from Nat Aire Builder.
A4UQ26GFA2 Condensing unit (5 Ticks)
AMNC09GDBA2 fancoil 9000btu
AMNC12GDBA2 fancoil 12000btu 02 units
come with bracket and upgrading of insulation to SWG21.
for a total of $3339.
I was given $50 ntuc voucher by Nat Aire builder
and $300 dairy farm vouchers by LG.
Standard warranty like others and LG give 5 years on other spare parts.

Installation was good. Only 5days overall performance above average.
The reason I pick LG over ME was I wanted a 5 ticks unit. Hearsay for some installer that ME 5 ticks model condensing unit is noisy when running.
So I check on the catalogue found that ME MXY3G28VA 5 ticks, 56db(A).
As for LG A4UQ26FA2 was at 49db(A).
Second factor was price of installation ME cost $3800+
For me I think good buy.

My installation date was on 13 Jun and I registered on 19 Jun online via Daikin website. Daikin send me a warranty certificate via email within mins. 3 years warranty on fan-coil unit and 5 year warranty on compressor.

Lol... coz I don't have physical copy of the invoice. Cold Engine send me the invoice via email after they received my payment via bank transfer.

Same for me as well, received the scanned copy via email after bank transfer too.

Guess it will be better for those who purchased the Daikin Aircon during this period to send in the warranty registration card and also do a Online Registration at the same time. =:p

Are you able to verify if it's brand new and not recondition ? Not aire prices are a good 200-300 cheaper than everyone else. Kinda suspicious

Sent from LGE LG-D855 using GAGT

Thats great. I believe without the bracket u will have minus 150 off ur price

Also, for upgrade to 5 ticks from 3 ticks condenser only pay 150 more. Other brand easily 500 more. In fact ct ac told me will cost 500 more to get the 5 ticks compressor.

Hi, I am getting air con for my BTO so i was looking ard and found a good and cheapest supplier for ME ac (used by my sister for her bto) . like to advertise him here to share. was looking to get from him till i saw daikin and LG warranty promotion.

He gave me the cheapest rate even lower than those from renotalk or other forums.

He does LG and diakin too but i have yet to check with him on the price. but i think he cant do much cheaper than Nat aire with the $350 voucher. edit: just realised the voucher is from LG not nat aire.

(from my facebook post) - No commission for me. just sharing.

With our BTO ready for collection of keys soon (May -Aug 2016), i started to find a decent air con supplier for my flat. I think most would say it depends on how big your living hall is, but 12k is the bare minimum.

Some master bedroom are already going for 9k/11k, it all depends on how big is the size.

Do recommend single-split, lowest power with criteria:

1. most silent. no blower sound, no rattling
2. low airflow / dont want windchill
3. price
4. dont need cold aircon, cool is enough.

im looking at daikin at the moment. any comments on their R32 / R410 models?

my old MSY-GE10VA started giving me issues and over time came all sorts of rattling sounds.

go jb buy their single spilt, drive back to ur home urself (less than 1,500 rinngit no tax?), pay abit more for them to come to sg installation in sg. half price or less of what sg is selling. no problem for at least 10 years or more.

i received my Toshiba unit and it was labeled made in thailand, the installer told me it was assembled in thailand but parts from japan. the compressor though much smaller in footprint, produces noise which is significantly higher and audible (at full load) than my Daikin and Mitsubishi.
