saw on lazada that zotac 980ti 6gb amp is 599. i think is 100 cheaper than zotac 1070. i guess just basic features? cause i rarely game. can support up to 32 or 64gb is good enough. don't plan to SLI. need wireless support. Is there other features required ?

someone just pm me that he selling his Superflower leadtek 550watt 90+ silver rated psu for 95. is it a good buy? he just used it for 5 hours.

wow that seems like a good price to consider.
as for the psu ya its a good buy even with just 5 hours.

so maybe u can go with this build :

MSI H110i PRO + i7 6700 @538
Curical DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) @94
TT cover V21 @89 (cybermind)

Total: 721

All price are quote from Tradepac, otherwise stated.
i have not included those 2 (PSU and GPU).

I no need the rams since i already have them.

So i'm thinking of

MSI H110i PRO + i7 6700 @538
superflower 550w @95
TT cover V21 @89 (cybermind)
Zotac 980ti 6gb amp @599

Total is $1321

So if the motherboard supports ddr4, i cannot put in ddr3?

yes sadly that's the case, but u can still a get a mobo with DDR3 but have to add in another cost to get the wifi dongle or card depending on which mobo u gonna get.

well if ur windows key is those normal retail key can reuse on a few pc, but if oem den cant.

but a normal retail key are abit more ex den oem, so if u some how know which one u bought that time, den u can reuse it, otherwise u will still need to get a new key.

8k is an amount im comfortable with but it doesnt mean 8k means confirm spend all the 8k haha, but then again i just want a com i know i can use for maybe several years before i need to bother upgrading again.

i dont mind water cooling if its easy to maintain, however my friend who uses one says he regrets his decision because its a hassle to maintain

well if u willing to spend , u can even get a lot of powerful system rig. anyway just letting u know that what u buy now can at most last for 5 years max (yes can be even further but depends on how u can maintain it and some time some stuff have hiccups along the way.)

well WC system aint that easy, but still u can play OC well with such a system.

still im mean up to u if u want WC, got a few shop to reco u otherwise, i just go with a build to meet your budget :D. but might not be too good for OC.

Well u can add another MSI GTX 1080 GAMING X if want to SLI. but im not sure of the games u are playing so still think u are better off with 1 gpu for now.

next is that the chips can be OC too and i add in a liquid cooler so that u can play OC as well. beside that it might be hard for u to fix as a 1st time builder. but if u have done diy building den u roughly know what to do.
