Hi, if I order the S15 with gtx 1070 now whats the waiting time?

Around 3-7 business days! All the 10 series units have started going out
Only s-15 1060 (without gsync) has a longer wait time, because its already out of stock :3 (1060 with gsync is in stock.)

The hypergate uses a FSP PSU, and the 1080 is the stock version, you can request the amp version too if you wish.

waiting for one.
will the m-15 or sm-15 get pascal gpu??

Based on Aftershock's GPU Succession scheme, which they already mentioned on their own FB Page in reply to customers' queries, the succession plan are earmarked for the 1080 8GB GDDR5X, 1070 8GB GDDR5 and 1060 6GB GDDR5 to replace the 980 Notebook 8GB (TITAN), 980m 8GB (W and S Series) and 970m 3GB (S Series) respectively.

As such, my take is a possible refresh likely (hopefully) nearer to SITEX 2016 (24-27 Nov), depending on when the successor to the 960m/965m (currently the GPU used for the SM series and S-14), possibly the (rumoured) 1050Ti 4GB Notebook (found here) that could launch as early as next quarter.
