unker worked in ST for 20 plus yr and benefited from the scheme greatly.

moi forget to add this important thing : chiu contributed 10% of salary, the company top up another 10% to purchase the unit of share which eventually ish under chiu account. i.e. chiu monthly salary had a 10% "added in" to be collected when chiu resign or retired.
This might explain why STE price slack as it's doing quite frequent stock purchase.

I believe it's no longer an 'iron rice bowl' practice in st group as most could mislead it to an NS/SAF.

You could have serving coming to 30yrs - a great passive harvest
