When normal TiongMi powerbank is too mainstream.
Aukey PB-Y1 20000mAh Power Bank
- 1 * Type A 2.4A
- 1 * Type A Quick Charge 2.0
- 1 * Micro B input
- 1 * Type C 3A input and output
Overall thickness
74Wh, able to travel with it in hand carry bag into aircraft.
Why never wait for PB-Y3? 2 more weeks think can get already.
PB-Y3 30000mAh, heavier, and also take damn long to charge even with a 3A supply. It will take 10 solid hours to fully charge lol provided no loss.
And also cant bring onboard aircraft also for travel usage. Iirc it is over 100Wh.
10hrs is damn long lol. Does one really need so much? Unless you can use that to charge a macbook retina.
If only they have it in USB-C and Lightning combo...
Anyway, it is just slightly above 100Wh at 100.3Wh.

If its 100.3Wh means Aukey short change liao lol. It should be 111Wh.
Usb charging rate in circuit is at 3.7V only.
That is how this PB-Y1 is derived at 74Wh.
Here are the formula
(20000mAh) * (Volt 3.7V) / 1000 = 74Wh
(30000mAh) * (Volt 3.7V) / 1000 = 111Wh
Sadly aircraft can only bring in 100Wh.
Oh I see.
But the people at the airline really will check meh?
EDIT: I googled a bit. Some website, or rather some website saying some airlines allow 20K-32K mAh but limit to 2 pieces per pax.

So it's depending on which airline you taking?[/QUOTE]
best to avoid airlines which define the limit by mAh, instead of Wh. these airlines obviously do not know what they are trying to control.

Not sure of phuket airport. But in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi international and Changi Airport, they actually put a huge sticker on the check in counter with Wh instead of mAh.
Cause that is the precise calculation.
mAh some chiong pb state that they have 40000mAh or even 50000mAh. But their watt hour is so little lol. Some chiong ones also cant even charge that many device despite the large capacity :s13:
But either way just stay safe. Go for 20000mAh with a proper rating of 74Wh would be the best to hand carry on board.
30000mAh also take damn long to charge. I dont see myself using finish the 30000mAh and charge it when im sleeping and wake up the next day. Also i dont think i will be out that long till i dont have a charger with me till i ever found a charging point. Lol
Bought from Amazon at less than half price.
Post my hw hoot kym?
Can do integrate can express answer in exact form and then got solar panel free energy x 9999
