When announce phone that is going to sell to specific country, please indicate precisely which phone is selling

The recent mistake made on China & India market, causes a huge confusion to interested buyers.........they thought the HTC 10 they getting, is equip with Qualcomm 820 Snapdragon CPU, ended up is the 652 version.

Too many SKUs => confusion...

Should limit to just SD 820. And just 2 popular colours at launch; black and silver with black front. So easier to ship them around the world if demand picks up or decline. Very important as HTC has limited resources.

Introduce other colours later to maintain interest in the product. Can introduce lifestyle model later for those keen to buy but limited budget. By that time, manufacturing cost may have dropped so much that HTC can even afford to lower retail price to attract others.

I have full confidence in HTC.

They may consider design new flagship with user replaceable battery.

At least users able to remove the back cover, to allow much less pressure accumulate in the battery compartment, if the battery catches fire...at least it won't cause further damage to the phone :)

The U11 official video.......it mentioned more towards the new "squeeze" function.

HTC probably can introduce more of the phone functionality too

They should do something about their God damned after sales too. Their service centre (combined with xiaomi) is such a great example. The xiaomi counter staff is so experienced and seem to know everything, and is able to maintain a conversation with the person, but the HTC one is so dead and I do have a bit of problem trying to understand what she was saying.

I got to agree their after sales are causing them to lose customers.. Samsung doesn't have great customer service as well. All of them outsourced.. haha..

HTC, it is time to launch phones with minimum UFS2.0 flash storage.

Other competitors example like Samsung A70 smartphone, already uses UFS2.0 in it's device

Emmc is very outdated by around 2 years already
