Just a little update,
No more rooms avail at kilin.. upgraded to Santos(4* hotel - just next to shilin night market)
Because it is confirmed just today, fuel surcharge is added.
Total top-up is $78
Total cost = S$713
Many people seems to be frequenting taiwan lately.
If the mod is reading, may I suggest to do up a sticky similar to the Bangkok thread. Many thanks.
