how was it ?

Soup is not bad. Charshu is a little dry-ish though. I personally like hard noodles and I find their hard option not hard enough.

Anyone felt that Santouka's standard drop quite abit compared to 5/6yrs ago.? Pork cheek slices are larger and nicer in the past as well.

Ippundo is still quite ok and Bari Uma for me.

Reali missed older ramen store like Menya Shinchan that is cooked by Japanese.

it's a branch of the only ramen store in japan that got a michelin star
officially opens this sunday, seems like the place is small though, only 18 seater
