Go try the free demo lor (Chinese ver). It's half of chapter 1, part of the open world is available (the rest is blocked off due to storyline, full game also like that in chapter 1) can explore and play mini-games.

It's one of the games in the yakuza series.

yakuza 0 is the start of the main char rise in the yakuza world. kiwami is the remake of yakuza 1.

Yakuza 0 is the prequel to Yakuza 1, the story is about how Kiryu Kazuma becomes the Dragon of Dojima and Majima Goro becomes the Mad Dog of Shimano.

The major difference for Y0 compared to the other games in this series is everyone bleeds money (not joking), money (notes and coins) will fly everywhere when you beat up your enemies.

yes it takes 2-3 years for english version to appear

And to top that off the english translation subtitles are pretty inaccurate and sometimes weird.............

which is why yakuza6 i am trying the chinese version for now

i was looking at taobao. its selling for about sgd 65. imported from HK. so far the reviews all positive. seems legit.

Option, menu, subtitles everything in Chinese. Voice is in Japanese.

worst case is must use sea ship. i bought quite alot of games from amazon, no problem. dont see why china should have a problem.
