I staying near hommachi/shishinbashi area. Cause I think I've quite a lot to cover in kyoto for 2days + if sky marks early, the more I have lesser time for attractions. So my plan was to take train from kix ard... 6am? Will it b ok? If it's 6am then I don't mind going for cheaper train options.

Take local train will do, its not like big diff in time saved.
