Anyone has any review on the 2 monitors, PRISM+ X315 and X340 that is by Aftershock?

Their price point is really good and really gian.

There's already a thread for this so maybe you can read up on thoughts there. Personally I would't go near the X315 if you're gaming because of the pixel per inch.

Lets say if u have a 1440p monitor n u watching 4k video, it will auto reduce to 1440p? Same for 1080?

It's a rebrand of Microboard m340clz. So u can Google for reviews.
However if I have to choose, I will get the prism+. 3yrs local warranty and no headache from shipping at this price point is no horse run.

I had a look at it at the show. Looked like a grainy TV up close. That kind of res is way too low for such a big monitor

I was only judging it based on the specs but since you've seen it then it's true ah. 1080p should never go more than 24" for gaming. Maybe good for movies, Netflix and such. Good price too.

Question. Would DSR help with the PPI?

Yeah. the only one that stood out to me was the 27" one. Good res for that size but the stand was a let down.

i was considering a 40" TV vs PRISM 31.5" Monitor.

will be dual linking it to my PC as well for movie streaming :D
