Hello (not sure if this is the right place to post this) does anyone know whats the difference in job scope and company culture between SIA and SIAEC?

For example both have a role called "technical services engineer" but is there any difference being a technical services engineer in SIA vs SIAEC?

Anyone been through the interviews for a technical services engineer or any engineering role in SIA care to share any tips or hints? :p

Anyone hired for the role care to share hows the job like?

Much appreciated! :)

Technical Service engineer most often than not means you are stuck in an office, liasing with manufacturers on repair schemes that are not within in the SRM. Some does the arcraft Weight & balance reports etc. Basically, things that hangar people can't solve, come to you with a request.
Look at the JD...it should be written out.

Degree holder minimum right?

SIA is father, the airline.
SIAEC is son, the engineering arm to support SIA.

Of course go SIA better..LOL!!
