oh cool! you have the gauge. Mine doesnt. But if the average is 30 psi, it is higher than I expected. Anyway the below image should be the psi for the gas. Gas pipe usually green colour.
Oh, green is it gas? I thought it's yellow.

Anyway, it shd be water, i was just doing a google ba.

For the top image, that one is really in my riser just outside my unit, took the pressure gauge pic. 30 PSI is the true tap's open-flow pressure, ie i turn on my unit's tap and it's 30 PSI.
