I mean terminate your contract and go StarHub only.

Would rather stock drop $0.01 per share more, than to see you still here misleading people. Losing 1 customer that misleads people, out of the 176k M1 Fibre customers isn't that significant.
I would usually restart my ONT, router and computer when i have any issue. I even changed my ONT, router, LAN cables and even my com when i keep having issues when i was on Singtel. Since you are expert in networking, please share what are the possible causes for such sudden drop from 1Gbps to 100+ Mbps. How to resolve it once and for all?
