actually u can buy from their launcher or from Playe they selling it and its cheaper to buy at playe instead of their online store its way too expensive the currency exchange and if u got PS4 get the PS4 one and then can cross progress your game with computer so basically got a game u can play on PS4 and PC. but then the thing is if u buy for PC u will need other region account to download the game for your PS4 in order to find the game
