Previously I think MobileHardware at burlington was selling new at S$700+? Export set though. but i think local sets should be coming soon.

Anyway i did a review for it already if anyone is interested.

Basically, it's a pretty decent flagship phone, but really nothing super remarkable about it. It's a nice first effort, but unless you're a die hard Nokia fan, there are probably better options around.

Nokia 8 too expensive. No true dual sim. Got the Nokia 5 at mustafa at s$239 and got google play store installed. Supported our local telco 4g. Don’t believe in spending so much on Android cos no resale value. See LG and Samsung. Price drop like bird droppings.

Don't disagree. Have the Nokia 5 too. Does a lot of things too. Only thing for me is the touch response a bit slow. Haha. But if Nokia has a mid range phone with SD600 series chipset at a reasonable price, I think will sell better than the Nokia 8. Haha.

I saw ur reviews! Thumbs up! The feel is nice and price point average but it’s pure android. Keke I bought one yesterday.

Haha. Thanks! Totally agree on the feel. Feels like a more expensive phone. Not to mention Nokia has been doing a good job with Android security updates too. That one is a selling point for me. Haha.

Qoo10 having pre order sale for Nokia 8 local set, collection after 14th onwards. The price is $6++ after $100 coupon discount. Just search for Nokia 8.
