I mean like long distance call rate. I think Msia used to have this, but not sure if they do away with it now. For example, Johore SIM card calling within Johore is local rate, but if call.... Perlis(?) considered long distance rate, and if one day you move up to Perlis, and use the same Johore SIM, it will still be treated as long distance call.
I believe there's no difference in the call rates for such a case. Just check any of the telco websites, there's only local and overseas rates, nothing about interstate, AFAIK.
