actually all the while, tw had been practising bring ur own bag. tat y most ppl go supermarket or go market, they will use a basket or bring their recycle bag
but there r some shops will gif FOC plastic bag or paper bag since u purchase item from them.
nothing changes except tat, now they make it more official and compulsory across the whole country
