Ok I just tried Okami on PC, really hurts my eyes.
Don't know how I managed to play it during PS2 era.

Good thing PC have mods.

Just finished Persona 5 last week as well.
Don't think there are anything similar cause Persona style is too unique and distinct.

Can try Nier Automata.
