I tried both when I was at Taipei (Taipei Zhung Hwa Telco shop)..My initial perception was Tab 4 plus shd be better as newer and with SD625 but when I tried both there surprisingly the M3 (on nougat) impressed me with its sounds, smoothness and hand feel...assumed that the there was no modification by the shop on both display sets.

Taiwan's user feedback on both models at their forum (if u read chinese)

Just to share..The ISKY (Sim Lim) is offering pre-order at S$188 (after shop and cart coupons ($62+$50) applied) with 1 mth warranty, from its q&a : N version with google play installed by its supplier and stock estimated available by early Feb..if anyone is interested

Lenovo tab 4 10 plus is 'Out of stock' at the moment at Courts online. At $499.00 LTE version..

kirin 950 is way more powerful than a sd 625.

sd 625 is known to be extremely power efficient though, SOT might be a couple of hours more.

From the $ perspective, yes, take note also that this $188 with assosiated risks as N model (China version) and it is a preorder - best deal ever if one is ok with the risk.

I think the $349 u mentioned is for M3 Lite 4G 8 inch selling here ..the lowest price for M3 LTE (8.4 inch) I'd seen was during the 11-11 sales at ard RMB 1600 from Sunning China (buy direct from China and ship over, warranty at China) and for M3 Lite 4G 8 inch at ard RM800 from 11street Malaysia (warranty at M'sia, still on sale if not wrong). As M5 is otw, mayb M3 will be priced down soon.

Both M3 and Tab 4 plus are priced normally at >$400, a bit overpriced unless it is with SD 835/Kirin 970, SD625 is on the most of current entry to mid market 5.5 inch phones that cost ard $200 which is good but not fantastic.

you are preordering from qoo10, where there is little to no customer protection. i recommend paypal if u really want to buy it.
