I saw this somewhere on my Instagram.. Familiar..

Here's another long-exposure shot I tried in the MRT (while the trains were still working :s13: )

Had to hold the phone really still to get a good shot. (I put the phone against the wall, held my breath when taking the shot)

But to achieve these kind of shots without tripod... quite impossible with a phone camera just a couple of years ago. Incredible.

Any settings to take note of when taking pictures using iPhone?

Just switched to iPhone 7, and I find that the pictures taken with my ancient Samsung Note 3 are so much sharper than those taken with iPhone 7 :(

Currently using HDR Auto, Flash Off... the rest default

How do you guys take those nice beautiful Long exposure shots?
Do we need to download some apps?
Care to share tips and experiences?
Thanks

Take a photo with Live photo enabled in the iPhone camera.

One shot go to the photos app and open the photo you just took.

Swipe up and you can see the different effects Live Photos have and at the very last you should see Long exposure

Tried one shot, but, not as good as yours.
Perhaps need more practice.
Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Best taken with moving objects. Standard - water, vehicles traveling along the road at night. and of cos hand must be steady.
