Hi everyone, i just found that there is a link for us to submit soft copy of all our documents under MyDoc@HDB. Do we have to complete that before we go down for the selection??

i got thought of it. but then i realise, even i submit online, i will still be afraid they ask on actually day for the physical copy. So i decided to just bring the physical copy on that day instead of uploading.

What are the physical documents we need to submit on the actual day?

  1. Payslip/gross income letter from employer from Sep 2017 to Nov 2017
  2. Identity Card
  3. Marriage Certificate
  4. For AHG/SHG application (All applicants and working occupiers)
  5. Past 13 months income documents from Nov 2016 to Nov 2017
  6. Last year CPF Yearly Statement of Account and latest 15 months CPF Contribution History Statement
  7. The completed AHG/SHG Application form (available for download
  8. at www.hdb.gov.sg.)
  9. Completed and Signed Enclosed Forms

Every couple's documents vary but in general, this is what they need.

Pls refer to your Flat Selection Letter for more details

my list of document required are difference from yours, they only requested me 3mths of payslip etc, and i need to bring my parents in law along for the flat selection as i applied under MCPS.

So many income documents.. Can't they just check our CPF account and IRAS income tax?
