This package is for BUC, building uncompleted.

Upon TOP you can convert to other package within DBS for completed property.

You may ask why fixed rate is not offered? This is because for BUC u dont pay 100pct for instalment. Its basically progressive payment depending on the progression of the construction.

FHR is pegged to fixed deposit rate. It is still fluctuative but not as much as sibor

Hi,

May I know these rates are for general public or only for their treasure/premier customers only?

TIA

Multiplier is good if u contribute cash for loan repayment. Thats if u exceed your cpf.

Rem to put your salary crediting account as your multiplier account.

I will take DBS home loan. Their rates are comparable . And i have a DBS multiplier account , hence can giv me a slighly higher savings interest rate on the multiplier account .
