wow... u walked from jonker to melaka sentral in 20 mins? and u did that a few times? that's amazing! wow...

iirc, the last time i walked from the maritime muzium to palawan mall, it took me >10mins... and that was probably 1/4 the distance of between jonker and sentral... :(

oh jusco... i think it's been renamed to tesco for awhile... that should be a good 10 min walk... need to cross that super busy street/junction though... :(

but i am still very impressed that he walked from jonker to sentral in record timing of 20mins, back n forth a few times... i'd never be able to do cos it usually takes me a good 10-15mins drive from my place at kampong chett to sentral... :(

To walk from Sentral to Jonker Street in 20 min? No way. Not even from the Tesco or the Aeon next door. More like 40 min. Dataran Pahlawan Megamall to Jonker Street- that's 15-20min.

come to think of it, there's a high chance he was training to get gold for an upcoming ippt... i guess that's probably why he ran to and fro a few times... :(

Because as a tourist in Melaka, walking from one point to another can give us an insight into the various spots along the way.

I walked from The Shore to Jonker area, dropped off my shopping in the hotel, then proceeded to Dataran Pahlawan and then Mahkota Parade.

I'm never in favor of walking a long distance to a bus terminal, that is to catch a coach somewhere. Makes no sense to me.

That's different from walking from a shopping mall/area to another, as a tourist still exploring the place. This is the part I'm referring to, in your previous post. :)

From my past Melaka trips with Luxury, they tend to add another coach or two during peak periods. Tried calling them to ask?

luxury provide good service to melaka. I took 707 bus to spore and not good. The bus driver so hurry never bother to check if all passenger are back in the bus. In Singapore custom, the bus just left 3 gals behind. Not sure how they went back to spore:s13:
